Sharyn started her career in the Travel Industry as a Travel Consultant, creating wonderful holidays for her clients and travelling to many amazing places around the world. As she moved up the career path taking over Branch Management roles and incorporating her learnings of the Foreign Exchange business, she advanced in her responsibility, building a team of nearly 20 overseeing an annual turnover of $20 Million dollars.
She completed various training to grow her Business Knowledge and skills, earning qualifications in Selling and Serving in Local Markets (SSLM), Market Driven Sales Management (MDSM), Reward and Recruitment Selection, Performance Management, Building Retail Sales, Professional Selling Skills, People Like Us. During this time she led the team to become the #1 Branch of Australia - the flagship locally for this Global brand, earning numerous local, regional, state and national elite levels of the Travel and Foreign Exchange Industry, Bridal Industry and other Business & Customer Service awards.
With Sharyn being honoured as the Australian Branch Manager of the year in a prestigious ceremony in Los Angeles. Being gifted two Business Class tickets to Europe with British Airways
She moved on to be the company’s first multi-site Manager in Australia – opening from scratch a second local site that became the only brand new location to deliver a profit in its first year!
From here she was head hunted to an Area Management role for an airline based Travel Group and responsible for 10 locations in the region and a staff of 60 working alongside the Branch Managers to develop their brand and grow their customer base. It was unfortunate that due to the collapse of Ansett this business was close. It gave the chance for a new opportunity presented itself.
That was to see Sharyn move into starting her own business, signing up as a Consultant with a global Skincare and Cosmetics brand, a leader in the Direct Sales Industry. She began with no customers and no team members and over the next 12 months quickly built a large customer base and a strong Unit of Consultants debuting as an offshoot Sales Director stepping into milestone after milestone – being rewarded with the first of her Company Cars in just a few months.
Acknowledged as ‘Rookie Sales Director of the year‘ and leading her team to reach Outstanding Unit Sales and Growth achievement, being in the Top 20 Units of Australia and New Zealand every year for the next 9 years achieving close to $5 Million in Sales and developing over 600 women in their journey with the organization.
With business analysis and solution focused thinking, Sharyn is always looking at improvement and seeking new challenges to stretch and grow. In this time Sharyn broke new ground of how her company looked at process and business practices, marketing strategies and developed leading edge tools and ideas to continue growing the organization across many generations.
Embracing Social Media and new technologies Sharyn studied at both online and offline workshops and courses to keep current of these new world Marketing trends and maximise ways to communicate to customers and consultants.
She has proudly represented Australia in International forums and attended numerous Leadership seminars here and overseas. Sharyn has delivered training and educational lessons as guest speaker at workshops and conferences in Melbourne, Sydney, Gold Coast and Brisbane and locations in Asia and the USA. She has provided mentoring to many colleagues and peers. She enjoys sharing memorable messages and as a participative speaker engages the audience into the learnings to walk away with a can-do action for implementation.

I have enjoyed my trophies on wheels – my 3 company cars during this time, the many jewellery gifts, and luxury rewards enjoyed and shared. Stimulating and building this Executive level income of over a MILLION DOLLARS…All around my endeavour to be an engaged & very present Mum and Wife to my family. Being at all the school carnivals, reading, canteen, and being there to come home too.

In 2012, Sharyn travelled to Melbourne to learn from Best Selling Author and Appreciation Marketing expert Curtis Lewsey, to Sydney to connect & learn from Brad Sugars, CEO of the Global ActionCoach organization, in addition to many other local business events.
In 2013 Sharyn is currently studying with Fabienne Frederickson, leading US & Internationally acclaimed Business Mentor on Client Attraction & Marketing, and Denise Duffield-Thomas CEO of Lucky Bitch.com Power of Manifesting an abundant life. All of this education and experience increases the quality content that can be poured into Sharyn’s clients!
